- Thin, fixed-length spaghetti straps with hidden extra length
- The thigh slit may fall slightly at an angle. This is normal due to the bias cut nature of the dress
- NOTE: The white style is best worn with nude undies or none at all

All packages come with a tracking number. Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email, along with your tracking number.
Orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days upon successful payment. Please note, orders will be processed only during business days. Any orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
Please note that international purchases may be subject to import duties, taxes, and charges. Duties and taxes vary by country and are calculated based on the items ordered, your shipping destination and the value of your purchase. Duties and taxes are nonrefundable. Please triple check your shipping info as any orders unclaimed will be abandoned and the customer will not be refunded. We will not be responsible for any unclaimed orders that get lost or damaged on the way back to us. We also cannot alter shipping info once the order is shipped. Please see T&C for more details.

We accept returns, please note all returns are subject to a $15 restocking fee.
If you need to return or exchange an item, please send us an email to adoreme@generationofsaints.com within 7 days of receiving the package, letting us know the reason for the return and we will give you the next instructions and confirmation. You will then have another 7 days from receiving our reply to respond to us and/or send it back to us. The return/exchange package must be postmarked within this timeframe. Any returns received postmarked outside this 7 day timeframe are ineligible for return and will be disregarded.
PLEASE NOTE: We are a boutique brand and our products are ethically handmade in Bali, Indonesia by a small team of artisans. We work in small batches, as we support the movement for a more sustainable future in fashion. Therefore, while we would love to be able to offer the great return experiences of major e-commerce platforms out there, we are just not set up the same way, and we hope you understand that. While we do allow exchanges/returns in general, there are some unique restrictions, so please do read everything carefully.
Bali is also where orders are fulfilled and where we receive returns. Please be aware that Indonesia has unique customs/import regulations and charges duties even on returned goods so any return/exchange could be subject to extra fees. These fees can be quite high, but we will cover them. However we do charge a $15 restocking fee. Please contact us by email for more info and acknowledge our Terms and Conditions.

- Exchanges will be processed upon receiving the returned item(s) and in the form of store credit. Desired exchange items are subject to availability.
Kindly note:
- The customer is responsible for all return/exchange shipping fees, and the items must be returned using a trackable express method and following our email instructions. Please read them carefully.
- It is recommended to provide us a tracking number so we can track it, as we cannot issue a refund if we do not receive the item due to whatever reason.
- Limit to one return or exchange per order.
- Items must be in original condition with no damages and tags all attached.
- We monitor our returns carefully to spot potential misuse or abuse of our return policy. Generation of Saints reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policy.
- Faulty items are eligible for exchange only and for the same item only. If we are sold out of the item, store credit will be given. We must be notified of the faulty item within the 7 day return timeframe.
- Items sent back to us past our return timeframe (7 days for requesting a return and 7 days for posting the package from the day of initial request by email) are ineligible for returns/exchanges so please do not send us anything outside your timeframe.
- At any given time during contact regarding a return or exchange, the customer must respond to any instructions or questions within 7 days in order to continue the process, otherwise a return/exchange will be no longer eligible.
- Any returns received past 90 days of the postmark deadline will be treated as a lost package and return will be ineligible.

The best way to care for this garment is to hand wash it in cool water with like colours, and then hang dry in the shade. Definitely DO NOT bleach, DO NOT SPIN, and DO NOT tumble dry. To make the silk smooth again, use a steamer or iron inside out on low to medium heat. Or you can opt for dry cleaning if you’re lazy. (P)
